Shipping and Delivery:
We ship anywhere in the United States. Processing and shipping could take up to 48 hours depending on the size of your order. Tellus Tile will use UPS or FedEx for smaller orders but larger orders will ship via trucking companies. We will make sure most efficient and economical way will be used.
Estimated delivery could take up to 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase depending on the size of the order. We will send you an email confirmation and tracking number. In case of larger orders, we may have to contact you for final shipping arrangements to avoid extra shipping charges. The delivery and arrival dates are just estimates and Tellus Tile doesn’t accept any liability for any delays from any cause beyond our control. We will do everything possible to maintain these dates and make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience with Tellus Tile.
We continually negotiate shipping rates with multiple freight companies and are able to receive deeply discounted shipping rates since we process large volume of shipments and proudly pass those savings to our valued customers.
All merchandise is customer’s responsibility once shipped from the warehouse. If an issue arises during shipment please directly contact the delivery company.
All orders must be inspected upon receipt. If there is an error in the order or you received a damaged product, make a note in the logistics receiving documents. It is common to have 2 to 3% of the tiles damaged (such as chipped edges) during the shipment. Even any amount up to 5% is still considered acceptable in industry standards. These damaged tiles could be used for cuts you will need to make. If damage is above 5%, please note down on the logistics receiving documents and take pictures. It is customer’s responsibility to file a claim for lost or damaged shipments with the trucking company. We are not responsible for damaged goods reported past 24 hours of receipt of the product.
Please note that residential delivery is strictly curbside delivery. If you don’t request a lift gate then you will be responsible for unloading the truck. If you would like lift gate services please let us know in advance. It requires extra fee.
